This is a collection of seven factsheets that provide a non-technical summary of ground risks for the Gateshead Council area. The factsheets should be read in conjunction with the ground risk component of the Gateshead Site Information Tool (for internal purposes — the Brownfield Ground Risk Calculator). Each factsheet is relevant to specific brownfield sites within Gateshead, each of which are highlighted in the tool. This link should only be accessed through the tool.
